Automata Studio is an independent desktop tool. You are responsible for reviewing automata before running them and for complying with the rules of every game, application, and service you use. Access may be suspended for abuse, resale of accounts, payment fraud, or attempts to bypass plan limits.

We store the account details needed to sign in, plan status, session security data, and Stripe customer identifiers. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is never stored by Automata Studio. Visual samples and automata remain on your computer unless you choose to export them.

Premium renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel in the Stripe billing portal; Premium remains available through the paid period and then returns to Free limits. Cancelling does not delete local automata.

If the software cannot be activated because of a verified technical problem, request support within 7 days of the first charge. Renewals and time already used are normally non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise. This does not limit mandatory local rights.
